Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Apply specialized pediatric critical care training and evidence-based practices in patient treatment.

Document patient conditions, treatments, and care plans accurately and efficiently.

Support families and caregivers through communication, education, and compassionate interaction.
Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Active Washington State Registered Nurse License upon hire.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification American Heart Association.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification American Heart Association.

Minimum of 1 year of PICU nursing experience (post-graduation). Note: Clinical rotations and residency training do not count toward this requirement.
Preferred Qualifications

National certification in area of specialty.
