The Role

As the Project Management Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients scientific and business objectives to positively impact patients lives. Reporting to the Director of Innovation & Business Excellence, you will lead business development initiatives and manage key corporate projects in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify business development opportunities across therapy areas, forging strategic partnerships and developing tailored business models to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and regionally, to create comprehensive business plans, including project implementation schedules, resources, and scope.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to track progress, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

Project Management Office:

  • Coordinate corporate projects, defining and maintaining project management workflows to ensure efficient progress.
  • Drive the enforcement of project management processes across stakeholders, continuously refining frameworks to meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on project execution and deliverables, ensuring integration with stakeholder priorities to achieve business objectives.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Alliances.
  • 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related fields/projects.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and spoken Chinese.
  • A self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
