• They are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders and Baristas to join their growing team.

Responsibilities
崗位職責

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee and other beverages.
  調製高品質意式咖啡及其他飲品。
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
  操作及保養咖啡機、磨豆機及沖煮設備。
• Ensure consistency in coffee quality, extraction, and latte art.
  確保咖啡品質、萃取及拉花的一致性。
• Manage coffee bean inventory and daily opening/closing duties.
  管理咖啡豆庫存及日常開舖/收舖工作。
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
  提供友善高效的顧客服務。

Requirements
任職要求

• 1+ years barista experience (specialty coffee shop preferred).
  1年以上咖啡師經驗（精品咖啡店優先）。
• Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and basic latte art.
  熟悉萃取、奶泡打發及基本拉花技巧。
• Fluent in English and/or Cantonese/Mandarin.
  流利英語及/或粵語/普通話。
• Passion for coffee and attention to detail.
  對咖啡有熱誠，注重細節。
• Able to work shifts (including weekends).
  能接受輪班（包括週末）。
