Equity Research Analyst (AI-Driven)

Our Client: A leading financial firm undergoing a firmwide AI transformation. They are building a brand-new, high-impact Equity Research AI team to revolutionize market intelligence across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep fundamental research, company valuations, and sector analysis, heavily augmented by the firm's proprietary AI tools.
• Partner closely with internal AI and Data Engineers to co-create custom prompts, models, and analytics workflows that give the firm a distinct market edge.
• Synthesize vast amounts of AI-generated insights into clear, structured, and actionable investment recommendations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of analytical experience in Finance (Equity Research, Investment Banking, IM), Management Consulting, or Corporate Strategy.
• Mainland China backgrounds are highly welcome, with a strong focus on graduates from elite universities including Tsinghua University, Fudan University, or Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
• A traditional finance background is not mandatory; we welcome candidates from consulting or corporate operations who have a proven track record of using data/AI to radically improve research efficiency or business workflows.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills in both English and Chinese to effectively cover regional and global markets.
