Outreach & Proposal Specialist - Upwork Focus (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Upwork, lead generation, or business development.
• Basic understanding of outreach and client acquisition.
• Strong written English communication.
• Ability to understand client needs and respond with relevant solutions.
• Good research skills and ability to quickly understand different businesses.
• Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented.
• Sales mindset with a focus on quality over quantity.
• Willingness to learn and improve regularly.
• Ownership and accountability in work.
• Experience with SaaS or tech companies.
• Familiarity with AI tools or products.
• Exposure to international clients is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and shortlist relevant opportunities on Upwork within AI, SaaS, and startup ecosystems.
• Write high-quality, tailored proposals based on client requirements.
• Understand client needs and position services in a clear, relevant, and compelling way.
• Follow a structured internal outreach and proposal approach.
• Track proposals, responses, and outcomes consistently.
• Conduct research on clients, products, and use cases before applying.
• Focus on high-quality, relevant opportunities rather than high-volume bidding.
• Support LinkedIn outreach activities on a limited basis, as required.
• Work closely with the founder and growth team.
• Contribute to building and improving a quality-driven, insight-based outreach system.
• Continuously improve based on feedback and performance.
