Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of UiPath development experience.
  • UiPath Certified RPA Developer (preferred).
  • Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, RE Framework, and Document Understanding.
  • Solid understanding of RPA lifecycle, process analysis, and automation best practices.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel automation, email integration, and web scraping.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
  • Understanding of modular design, version control, and exception handling.
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance in automation environments.
  • Experience with VB.NET, C#, or Python.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
  • Effective communicator and team player, capable of handling client interactions independently.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation workflows following best practices and RE Framework standards.
  • Maintain, optimize, and scale existing RPA processes to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Provide production support, including investigating workflow failures, monitoring bot performance, and resolving incidents.
  • Work closely with business analysts and process owners to refine requirements and improve automation design.
  • Develop reusable components, libraries, and templates for consistent automation development.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to RE Framework, documentation standards, and secure coding guidelines.
  • Support Orchestrator deployments, including scheduling, asset/configuration management, and environment readiness.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams on UiPath platform upgrades, patching, and health monitoring.
  • Maintain clear documentation for automation designs, configurations, and support activities.
