Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated responsibility in leading HR initiatives or overseeing core HR functions.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of HR information systems or HRIS platforms.
- A proactive, adaptable, and positive mindset with a strong commitment to maintaining a productive, engaging, and compliant work culture.
- Prior experience within a tech or software services environment is highly advantageous.
- Foundational understanding of employment laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices, with the ability to guide teams on policy adherence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring alignment with workforce plans and hiring standards.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and department managers, addressing queries, concerns, and grievances with timely resolutions and sound judgment.
- Support and guide performance management activities, including review cycles, feedback processes, and tracking of performance metrics.
- Drive consistent implementation and adherence to HR policies across all departments, providing leadership and clarifying expectations where required.
- Monitor, audit, and enforce compliance with company policies, HR processes, employment laws, and regulatory standards; ensure proactive risk mitigation.
- Maintain, update, and oversee HR documentation and employee records to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Address policy-related concerns and violations, document cases, and support corrective and preventive measures in partnership with leadership.
- Lead compliance-focused HR process improvements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving HR regulations and standards.
- Support learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and facilitating or coordinating training and development sessions.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, wellness programs, and culture-enhancing efforts.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to management through regular reporting, metrics tracking, and workforce-related analysis.
