Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee employee relations, address workplace concerns, and ensure timely and fair resolution of conflicts through professional and structured methods.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, maintaining up-to-date documentation and HR records.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment processes, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies, disciplinary actions, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and ensure continuous improvement across HR processes.
  • Manage HR reporting, analytics, and documentation to support strategic decision-making.
