Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, employee relations, and handling complex HR cases with professionalism.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, structured environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, address workplace concerns, and ensure timely and fair resolution of conflicts through professional and structured methods.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, maintaining up-to-date documentation and HR records.
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment processes, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies, disciplinary actions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and ensure continuous improvement across HR processes.
- Manage HR reporting, analytics, and documentation to support strategic decision-making.
