Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in an agency or fast-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, cloud, and product-based roles.
- Experience in international recruitment (US, UAE, KSA, EU, and APAC markets) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and sourcing automation platforms.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, business context, and hiring priorities.
- Source top-tier talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Discord, and niche tech communities.
- Evaluate candidates for technical, cultural, and project fit through structured assessments and interviews.
- Maintain and grow an active talent pipeline across engineering, data, DevOps, AI/ML, and product domains.
- Collaborate closely with the management to align hiring strategies with client goals.
- Track recruitment metrics, manage databases (ATS/CRM), and ensure consistent communication with candidates and clients.
- Stay updated on global tech trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging hiring markets.
