Backend Engineer - Rust (Onsite, USA)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in building large-scale applications or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with technical independence and minimal supervision.
• Interest in working across the tech stack and learning Rust.
• Passionate about solving real customer problems and building products from the ground up.
• Prefer working in an environment with minimal bureaucracy, few meetings, lightweight processes, and a focus on results.
• Experience in a consumer-driven industry with a strong customer focus.
• Proven track record of building products from 0 to 1 in unstructured or startup environments.
• Hands-on, proactive attitude with experience thriving in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous settings where flexibility is key.
