Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA IT / MIS is a plus).
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, including 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role.

- Any relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, PMP/PRINCE2, SAP/Oracle ERP, or CISA/CISM/CISSP (for cybersecurity governance) will be considered a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Groups IT strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional IT team across multiple business units.
- Advise the executive leadership on emerging technologies and their business impact.
- Oversee design, maintenance, and scalability of IT infrastructure (servers, data centers, cloud environments).
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
- Implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.
- Lead implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to customize ERP modules for operations, finance, HR, procurement, etc.
- Ensure ERP reporting and analytics capabilities are optimized for business intelligence.
- Design and manage secure and scalable networking architecture (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, VLANs).
- Monitor network performance and ensure protection against cybersecurity threats (firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus, endpoint protection).
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, local laws).
- Supervise the development and maintenance of in-house applications and third-party integrations.
- Ensure regular software updates, license compliance, and version control across the organization.
- Evaluate and deploy productivity tools and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Define and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security protocols.
- Manage vendor contracts and IT procurement budgets.
- Conduct regular IT audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Drive automation, process re-engineering, and digitization across departments.
- Lead R&D on AI/ML, IoT, cloud-native tools, and modern digital tools for operational efficiency.
- Champion the culture of continuous improvement and agile methodologies in the IT domain.
