Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA IT / MIS is a plus).
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, including 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Groups IT strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional IT team across multiple business units.
  • Advise the executive leadership on emerging technologies and their business impact.
  • Oversee design, maintenance, and scalability of IT infrastructure (servers, data centers, cloud environments).
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
  • Implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.
  • Lead implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to customize ERP modules for operations, finance, HR, procurement, etc.
  • Ensure ERP reporting and analytics capabilities are optimized for business intelligence.
  • Design and manage secure and scalable networking architecture (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, VLANs).
  • Monitor network performance and ensure protection against cybersecurity threats (firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus, endpoint protection).
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, local laws).
  • Supervise the development and maintenance of in-house applications and third-party integrations.
  • Ensure regular software updates, license compliance, and version control across the organization.
  • Evaluate and deploy productivity tools and enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Define and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security protocols.
  • Manage vendor contracts and IT procurement budgets.
  • Conduct regular IT audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Drive automation, process re-engineering, and digitization across departments.
  • Lead R&D on AI/ML, IoT, cloud-native tools, and modern digital tools for operational efficiency.
  • Champion the culture of continuous improvement and agile methodologies in the IT domain.
