Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within PropTech, real estate, or eCommerce sectors.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital KPIs (CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and funnel metrics).
- Experience with lead-generation funnels and real estate campaign strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Highly goal-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta
- (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and display networks for real estate and investment projects.
- Manage campaign setup, tracking, and daily performance monitoring to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals).
- Conduct A/B testing, keyword optimization, and audience segmentation to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Support the development of landing pages and ad creatives that drive engagement and property inquiries.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure message consistency across campaigns.
- Track and report performance metrics with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure lead attribution and nurturing through the sales funnel.
