Requirements:
- 15+ years of IT project management experience with expertise in both Waterfall and Agile delivery models.
- Proven record of delivering major projects successfully within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Strong background in managing project financials, including forecasts vs. actuals.
- Hands-on experience with senior stakeholder management across business and technology functions.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- In-depth knowledge of T24 Core Banking; exposure to Temenos Wealth Suite is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to challenge requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and presentations.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong personal integrity, diligence, and professionalism with commitment to compliance and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse project feasibility, risks, costs, and success factors in consultation with business and IT stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project proposals including objectives, resources, milestones, schedules, budgets, and governance structures.
- Drive project proposals through demand governance processes and secure approvals.
- Establish project management processes, monitor performance, and report status to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures across subprojects and work packages.
- Set up and lead project organizations, managing stakeholders and team members effectively.
- Facilitate key project meetings such as SIT/UAT checkpoints, BRD walkthroughs, and solution walkthroughs.
- Manage project scope, time, budget, risks, and issues at an operational level with proactive mitigation.
- Assess change requests, impacts, and variances, and propose reconciled solutions for governance stakeholders.
- Oversee roll-out, go-live, and smooth handover of solutions to operations teams.
- Ensure delivery quality by implementing quality assurance measures and driving stakeholder acceptance.
- Act as IT Asia ITPL/Scrum Master in front of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring predictable delivery and communication.
- Provide regular project/program updates, presentations, and risk communications to senior stakeholders.
- Share knowledge with RTB teams for newly implemented modules or functionalities.
- Uphold ethical and compliant behaviour, ensuring risk management, due diligence, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
