Firmware Testing Engineer (Onsite, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / related field
• 3+ years of experience in firmware testing or validation
• Strong understanding of embedded systems and firmware lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with C/C++ and microcontroller architecture
• Familiarity with hardware interfaces and debugging tools
• Experience in test case design, execution, and reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Preferred: STM32, EtherCAT, instrumentation products

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute firmware test plans and test cases
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing
• Validate firmware stability and performance across releases
• Debug and troubleshoot firmware issues with hardware teams
• Document test results, defects, and technical observations
• Support firmware release testing and version control
• Collaborate with firmware developers, hardware engineers, and product teams
• Provide technical support to internal teams and partners
