Program Manager – Enterprise Platforms (Onsite, Karachi, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 8+ years of project management experience within a recognized technology organization
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level digital platforms or SaaS products
• Experience managing large customers and high-value accounts
• Strong expertise in Agile and Traditional project management methodologies
• Experience working in multi-team and multi-location environments
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience in budget management and performance tracking
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in OTT, AdTech, FinTech, ERP, or enterprise SaaS domains
• Exposure to AI-driven or cloud-native ecosystems
• Experience working with GCC, UK, or US clients

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale projects across multiple business units
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource plans
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Traditional methodologies as appropriate
• Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance standards are maintained
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and senior stakeholders
• Manage cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, DevOps, Design, and Product
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and milestone tracking
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide structured reporting on KPIs and overall project health
• Mentor junior project managers and delivery teams
