Senior Oracle Applications Specialist - Oracle ORDS (Onsite, Karachi, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of professional experience in IT with strong exposure to Oracle Applications.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge, preferably with Life Insurance domain understanding.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle ORDS (REST APIs), SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms & Reports.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Application Development.
• Experience with Jasper Reporting tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Engage and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and technical feasibility of requirements.
• Lead end-to-end project and system management, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL/PLSQL database components.
• Design, enhance, and customize Oracle Forms and Reports as per business needs.
• Work with Oracle ORDS to build, maintain, and integrate REST APIs.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into effective system and application solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements.
• Prepare documentation for processes, configurations, and system implementations.
• Support reporting needs using Jasper Reports and contribute to system implementation initiatives.
