Business Analyst (Remote, Anywhere in Pakistan, USD Salary)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (accent-neutral, camera-ready).
• Strong discovery and documentation skills: workflows BRD/FRD-level requirements acceptance criteria.
• Awareness of EHR context, FHIR, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Empathy, structured thinking, and ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
• Experience working in Agile environments, facilitating requirement gathering sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary client-facing contact, coordinating with the Data Engineer, Integration Engineer, and Data Analyst to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure workflows and outputs are aligned with business needs and expectations.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that delivered solutions meet agreed-upon requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
