Chief Financial Officer (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• CA Qualified (ICAP) – Mandatory.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Audit.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and taxation laws.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS while managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while monitoring cash flow and working capital management.
• Handle taxation matters including Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax.
• Ensure compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and other regulatory authorities.
• Supervise internal controls and audit processes while coordinating with external auditors and consultants.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Manage banking relationships and handle financial negotiations.
