Product Designer – Digital Platforms (Onsite, Karachi, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• +5 years of experience in Product Design (web and/or mobile platforms)
• Demonstrated ability to independently own product areas
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and interaction design
• Mastery of UI fundamentals including typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual systems
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems
• High proficiency in Figma, including advanced components, variables, and prototyping
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams
• Ability to think in systems, not just individual screens
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Portfolio showcasing real-world product problems and measurable outcomes
• Experience working on complex SaaS, enterprise, or B2B platforms
• Exposure to analytics tools and data-informed design decisions
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on implementation details
• Background in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong ownership mindset, taking responsibility for outcomes, not just deliverables
• Ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and business impact
• Structured thinking with clarity in problem definition and solution design
• Confidence in constructively challenging assumptions
• A designer who brings product maturity, not just visual polish

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery
• Translate business goals and user needs into well-designed product solutions
• Define user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders
• Contribute to and evolve the product design system and component library
• Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and validation activities
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistency across platforms
• Clearly present design decisions and support them with structured reasoning
• Ensure delivered products maintain design integrity during implementation
