Dispatcher - Limo / Black-Car Rental (Onsite, Night Shift, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of dispatch experience with a limousine, black-car, or chauffeur company. Experience in cab, rideshare, trucking, or general logistics will not be considered.
• Hands-on experience with Limo Anywhere, including reservations, dispatch board management, affiliate farm-in/farm-out, and rate setup. Experience with Moovs, Book Rides Online, or LiveryCoach is also acceptable.
• Strong understanding of limo affiliate networks, including commission splits, confirmations, ride handoffs, and trip verification.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate directly with US clients and drivers.
• Ability to work US business hours from the office during the night shift.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Comfortable using Google Maps and flight-tracking tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete dispatch cycle, including booking intake, ride assignment, driver coordination, live trip monitoring, and ensuring on-time trip completion.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and booking-platform requests, including confirming reservations and providing fare quotes.
• Resolve real-time operational issues such as delays, no-shows, flight changes, route changes, and vehicle swaps.
• Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate operators for out-of-area and overflow trips.
• Farm out and accept jobs through Limo Anywhere, LA Network, and GNET; negotiate affiliate rates and confirm all trip details.
• Maintain accurate trip records, driver schedules, and daily dispatch reports.
