Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Meta advertising platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, along with a basic understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates, reports, and insights to both internal teams and clients.
- Hands-on experience with tools including Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Segmetrics, Swipe Pages, Canva, Shopify, Asana, and various third-party ad management platforms.
- Experience working across industries such as Health & Wellness, Sports Medicine, Digital Marketing, Hospitality/Restaurants, and E-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, execution, and management of Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, ensuring alignment with client goals and marketing strategies.
- Support the day-to-day management of ad accounts, including campaign setup, budget management, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Coordinate with the design team to gather creative assets, submit design requests, and ensure ads are launched with the correct visuals and copy.
- Conduct daily performance reviews of active campaigns by monitoring key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve ad performance and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements in audience targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and campaign structure.
- Prepare regular client performance reports, highlighting key metrics, campaign progress, and optimization opportunities.
- Communicate campaign updates, performance insights, and recommended adjustments to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Develop User-Generated Content (UGC) scripts, coordinate requests through Billo, and manage orders for UGC assets to support advertising campaigns.
- Assist with client onboarding by collecting relevant information and supporting the account management team during the setup process.
- Collaborate closely with the Meta Ads Manager and cross-functional team members to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and aligned with broader marketing objectives.
- Participate in team meetings by sharing campaign updates and contributing ideas during brainstorming and strategy discussions.
