Requirements:
- 8+ years of overall experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce/CRM sales is mandatory.
- Prior experience working with a leading Salesforce partner or implementation firm.
- International sales experience is required, with proven success engaging clients in the Middle East and North American markets.
- Strong understanding of CRM ecosystems, digital transformation, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize opportunities, and meet revenue targets.
- Based in Lahore (preferred), with willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth across international markets, particularly in the Middle East and North America.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Salesforce/CRM ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
- Maintain an updated pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancements to sales processes, tools, and customer experience.
