Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing a team in CRM operations, IT support, or a service-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, shift planning, and operational management.
Hands-on experience in IT support and technical problem-solving. - Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Should be comfortable managing shifts and schedules of the CRM & IT team, ensuring operational coverage while supporting team wellbeing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented company and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the CRM & IT Specialist team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee CRM rostering, staff schedules, and shift management for the CRM & IT team.
- Monitor and optimize daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and system reliability.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational needs are met efficiently.
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting within CRM systems.
- Support and guide the team in troubleshooting IT and system-related issues.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and team productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with management regarding operational updates, challenges, and solutions.
