Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing a team in CRM operations, IT support, or a service-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, shift planning, and operational management.
    Hands-on experience in IT support and technical problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Should be comfortable managing shifts and schedules of the CRM & IT team, ensuring operational coverage while supporting team wellbeing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented company and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the CRM & IT Specialist team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee CRM rostering, staff schedules, and shift management for the CRM & IT team.
  • Monitor and optimize daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and system reliability.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational needs are met efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate data management and reporting within CRM systems.
  • Support and guide the team in troubleshooting IT and system-related issues.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and team productivity.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with management regarding operational updates, challenges, and solutions.
