Full Stack Developer - React & Spring Boot (Onsite, Evening Shift, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js (Next.js is a plus).
• Solid backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Proficiency with Git (GitHub/GitLab).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Exposure to EMR/EHR systems or the healthcare domain.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with performance optimization, security best practices, and cloud environments.
• Experience working in fast-paced product or startup environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React on the frontend and Java Spring Boot on the backend.
• Build, integrate, and consume RESTful APIs to ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and high-performing applications.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, DevOps, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
• Maintain clear and concise technical documentation.
• Follow best practices for version control, testing, and deployment.
