Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of B2B tech sales experience (SaaS, Cloud, Microsoft ecosystem, or IT services).
  • Proven achievement of 100% sales quota for at least 2 consecutive quarters.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently source and close new business (hunter profile).
  • Close $420k+ in new B2B revenue within a year (or equivalent proportional performance for contract roles).
  • Experience closing mid-market / enterprise deals ($25K–$50K+).
  • Consistent activity levels: 12–14+ qualified meetings/month, OR 2–3 new opportunities/week via cold outreach
  • Hands-on experience selling SaaS / Cloud / Microsoft solutions / IT services.
  • Strong communication skills with neutral or US-facing accent.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) in the US market.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into revenue-generating clients.
  • Build and manage a consistent and healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and solution presentations.
  • Close deals and meet/exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Collaborate internally with delivery and marketing teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and activity tracking.
