Data & Analytics Specialist (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and visualization.
• Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, Index/Match, Power Query).
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis (preferred).
• Excellent analytical thinking, business storytelling, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, and manage data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Clean, structure, and validate datasets to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Develop interactive dashboards, KPI reports, MIS summaries, and performance trend analyses.
• Apply statistical methods to identify patterns, correlations, and forecast performance behaviors.
• Create and maintain documentation for data definitions, models, and reporting logic.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business leadership in a clear, actionable format.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist predictive modeling teams by preparing and structuring high-quality analytical datasets.
