Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience, with strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow expertise.
- Proficiency in Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce data modeling, security model, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Proven experience in system design, architecture, and building solutions at scale.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production Salesforce environments.
- Experience mentoring developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of API security, Salesforce governor limits, and error budgeting.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, Platform Developer II or other advanced Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with JavaScript or web technologies for Salesforce-to-web integrations.
- Experience with AWS services.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks for Salesforce (e.g., Apex test classes, Jest for LWC).
- Experience contributing to internal Salesforce tooling, documentation, or best-practice frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute hands-on to feature development while also leading architectural decisions, system design, and technical documentation for complex Salesforce initiatives.
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Lead architectural decisions, system design, and technical documentation for complex Salesforce features and integrations.
- Own performance, data quality, and reliability standards for Salesforce services you build.
- Collaborate with web development, DevOps, and product teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end business solutions.
- Guide other engineers through code reviews, technical mentorship, and 1:1 coaching.
- Lead or contribute to post-mortems, root cause analysis, and Salesforce platform optimizations.
- Prototype new tools or frameworks and drive adoption of Salesforce development best practices.
