Product Manager (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in product management or project coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering and converting them into clear, actionable tasks.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Convert business requirements into actionable tasks and user stories.
• Manage and update project boards, tracking progress and task ownership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Prioritize backlog and manage sprint planning for smooth execution.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines effectively to stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and business objectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize workflows.
