Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working with CRM systems and operational tools.
  • Hands-on experience in shift planning, scheduling, or workforce management.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Good understanding of system operations and data management.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service-based environment and manage multiple operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM rostering and maintain accurate staff schedules based on operational needs.
  • Create and assign shifts in line with business requirements and service coverage.
  • Update and adjust staff shifts when operational changes occur.
  • Monitor CRM records to ensure data accuracy and proper scheduling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shift management and workforce availability.
  • Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot technical issues related to systems, software, and user access.
  • Assist in maintaining system efficiency and resolving day-to-day technical problems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding scheduling and system updates.
