Senior Product Manager (Hybrid, Islamabad, PKR Salary)

Responsibilities:

• Create market-leading user experiences by conducting user research, defining target audience personas, and leveraging insights to guide product design.
• Use customer and user feedback, along with competitive analysis, to identify opportunities for new feature development and product enhancements.
• Generate ideas to address gaps in the product and work with the team to improve overall product capabilities.
• Communicate ideas, strategies, and trade-offs clearly to both top management and development teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Create wireframes and interaction designs for product features using tools like Figma, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Lead ideation of new product features and write detailed specifications for the development and QA teams.
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements, understand their needs, and ensure these are aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate on product marketing and branding initiatives to ensure consistency in messaging and visual appeal.
• Develop low and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Balsamiq and Figma to present new features and enhancements.
• Work with engineers, product managers, and designers to create simple, intuitive, and effective interfaces.
• Translate business requirements, technical needs, and user expectations into visually engaging, user-friendly designs.

Requirements:

• Minimum BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MBA-IT from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on SaaS product ideation, design, and implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data and insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to write clear product specifications, define goals, and devise strategies to meet business objectives.
• A high level of openness and adaptability, with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts and translate them into practical solutions.
• Software Requirement Gathering and Elicitation
• Experience using software such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Balsamiq, and Sketch for creating low and high-fidelity mockups.
• Understanding of Enterprise Products SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and SRLC (Software Release Life Cycle).
• Experience in presenting, conducting meetings, and negotiating with customers and stakeholders.
