Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or similar roles, with a proven track record in client management, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English (written, spoken, and read); additional languages are a plus.
  • Skilled in upselling and cross-selling using structured frameworks (e.g., GPCT/BA + C&I).
  • Ability to create growth plans and success strategies aligned with customer objectives.
  • Familiar with Shopify, Lightspeed, HubSpot, JumpCloud, Aircall, PandaDoc, LiteCard, and other SaaS platforms.
  • Native-level English with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue models.
  • Proficient in HubSpot and other CRM tools for account management.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, and technical concepts for liaising with engineers.
  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Agile workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth through tailored solutions.
  • Use the GPCT/BA + C&I sales framework to identify client objectives, challenges, and opportunities, aligning services accordingly.
  • Manage recurring client requests like website updates, product launches, and growth strategies using platforms like Shopify and HubSpot.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to track progress, share insights, and proactively address challenges or opportunities.
  • Drive recurring revenue growth within YetiTechs partner ecosystem, ensuring adoption and expansion of platforms like HubSpot, Shopify, Lightspeed, JumpCloud, and others.
  • Oversee client onboarding, guiding implementation and success planning with integrated partner solutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for partner services, managing smaller-scale deals while collaborating on larger opportunities with sales and leadership.
  • Handle and qualify leads from marketing activities, closing deals where appropriate.
  • Develop and present growth strategies for clients, ensuring long-term commitment to partner solutions.
  • Escalate complex opportunities to senior leadership for advanced technical or strategic input.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and account strategies for high-value deals involving partner platforms.
  • Work with CRM teams to maintain accurate customer data and deal statuses in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless project execution and technical alignment.
  • Provide actionable feedback to internal teams, refining services and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Support internal teams by integrating customer insights into strategic decisions related to partner offerings.
