Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Must be a graduate with a specialization in Human Resources.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR records, oversee payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
- Develop and implement HR policies, job descriptions, and manuals.
- Lead performance evaluations and employee development programs.
- Organize training sessions and address skill gaps.
- Ensure legal compliance and handle audits.
- Resolve employee concerns, conflicts and promote engagement.
- Strengthen employer branding and internal communication.
