Project Manager (Onsite, Karachi, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes is preferred. 
• Strong knowledge of SDLC application and QA practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications like PMP or Agile Scrum Master (preferred). 

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Oversee Scrum processes and facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive team efficiency.
• Monitor existing systems for performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance (QA) processes into the SDLC.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Prepare project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
