Technical Project Manager (Remote, USD Salary)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in research, consulting, data science, or business.
• Fluent English in both written and verbal communication.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively across time zones.
• Familiarity with data annotation pipelines and machine learning workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Support execution of high-impact customer data collection pipelines, ensuring steady progress and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Strategic Projects Leads and others to align on project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Develop and optimize infrastructure for data pipelines to ensure quality, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Support and manage globally distributed teams of expert LLM contributors through training, coaching, and hands-on guidance.
• Design and implement analytics to inform decision-making and improve pipeline and team performance.
• Conduct quality reviews to maintain annotation accuracy and consistency.
• Design and manage systems to keep stakeholders informed through regular updates, analytics, and project and platform recommendations.
