Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Culture, or HR leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology-driven organization is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance teams and culture transformation programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement OD strategies and programs to support the companys growth and transformation.
  • Lead change management initiatives that drive engagement and align with strategic goals.
  • Evaluate organizational structures and recommend improvements for effectiveness and scalability.
  • Work towards cultivating and embedding company values and desired culture across the organization.
  • Design and lead employee engagement programs, feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys), and follow-up action plans.
  • Act as a culture ambassador and advisor to senior leadership on key cultural matters.
  • Develop leadership development programs for emerging leaders, managers, and senior executives.
  • Facilitate learning experiences that promote growth mindsets, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Introduce coaching, mentoring, and succession planning frameworks.
  • Drive initiatives that foster high-performing teams and enable cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build OD tools and frameworks (e.g., competency models, team diagnostics) to elevate team performance.
