Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Culture, or HR leadership roles.
- Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology-driven organization is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance teams and culture transformation programs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement OD strategies and programs to support the companys growth and transformation.
- Lead change management initiatives that drive engagement and align with strategic goals.
- Evaluate organizational structures and recommend improvements for effectiveness and scalability.
- Work towards cultivating and embedding company values and desired culture across the organization.
- Design and lead employee engagement programs, feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys), and follow-up action plans.
- Act as a culture ambassador and advisor to senior leadership on key cultural matters.
- Develop leadership development programs for emerging leaders, managers, and senior executives.
- Facilitate learning experiences that promote growth mindsets, collaboration, and innovation.
- Introduce coaching, mentoring, and succession planning frameworks.
- Drive initiatives that foster high-performing teams and enable cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build OD tools and frameworks (e.g., competency models, team diagnostics) to elevate team performance.
