Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies to drive sign-ups and effective first-time deposits (eFTDs) for a leading financial product.
  • Identify and engage target groups such as students, gamers, drivers, and similar communities.
  • Create, nurture, and expand communities that can be leveraged for ongoing and future campaigns.
  • Utilize innovative marketing methods, such as WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, and on-campus promotions, to generate interest and drive results.
  • Track key metrics to measure the success of campaigns and community growth efforts, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align community-building efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Plan and execute events such as meet-ups, webinars, and training sessions to engage community members.
  • Address questions and concerns from community members to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with influencers, organizations, or institutions that align with target demographics to expand outreach and engagement.
