Community Growth Manager (Onsite, UAE, USD Salary)

Requirements:

• Strong connections with students, gamers, gig workers, or similar groups.
• The ability to convince individuals to sign up for services and take actionable steps.
• Proven experience in community building, affiliate marketing, growth hacking, or similar roles.
• A hustler with a results-driven approach and a willingness to work hard to achieve ambitious goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions for growth and engagement challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to drive sign-ups and effective first-time deposits (eFTDs) for a leading financial product.
• Identify and engage target groups such as students, gamers, drivers, and similar communities.
• Create, nurture, and expand communities that can be leveraged for ongoing and future campaigns.
• Utilize innovative marketing methods, such as WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, and on-campus promotions, to generate interest and drive results.
• Track key metrics to measure the success of campaigns and community growth efforts, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align community-building efforts with broader organizational goals.
• Plan and execute events such as meet-ups, webinars, and training sessions to engage community members.
• Address questions and concerns from community members to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Collaborate with influencers, organizations, or institutions that align with target demographics to expand outreach and engagement.
