Area Sales Manager (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in sales reporting tools and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Drive consistent growth in sales volume and market share across the assigned territory.
• Identify, onboard, and develop new accounts to expand market reach.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies; monitor and analyze sales performance data for continuous improvement.
• Supervise, support, and motivate field sales teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure timely achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs.
