MERN Stack Developer (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 year of proven experience working with the MERN Stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English,  both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work on-site during standard office hours.
• Experience with Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of deployment tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Debug and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them when appropriate.
