Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors degree with 1-2 years experience in the same capacity in IT, SaaS, or Software Industry.
- Good understanding of lead generation, account management, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lead Generation Team to nurture leads from various sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs.
- Identify opportunities for cross sell and upsell.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with prospective clients, showcasing the unique value propositions and features of our SaaS solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain key accounts and prevent churn.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to revenue, client acquisition, and client retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, account status, and progress towards targets.
