Product Manager (Remote, Lahore, USD Salary)

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise-grade platforms.
• Experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, adtech, or Web3.
• Proven track record of owning complex products end-to-end.
• Strong product instincts backed by a user- and data-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working with engineering teamstechnical literacy is a must.
• Experience managing or mentoring product/engineering/design talent.
• Hungry to build, iterate, and scale in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves, make decisions with limited data, and move fast.
• Exposure to Web3 products or ecosystems would be a plus.
• Experience in fast-growing startups or growth-stage tech companies.
• Familiarity with SQL, Figma, or analytics tools is a bonus. 

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the product roadmap across multiple B2B and B2C product lines.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business leads to deliver high-impact features at speed.
• Build scalable systems, UX flows, and user journeys that drive measurable outcomes and engagement.
• Prioritize ruthlessly based on user insight, data, and business needs while balancing intuition and experimentation.
• Build lean product processes (not bureaucracy), and help define product culture as we scale.
• Grow into a product leader: coach others, shape the team, and lead the product org over time.
