Requirements:

- Practical experience working with Agile methodologies and fostering team collaboration.
- Familiarity with time-tracking and leave management tools, as well as HR compliance frameworks and local labor laws.
- Experience in driving employee development through coaching, training, and structured feedback sessions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Proficient in the use of HR tools and software (e.g., time-tracking systems, and performance management platforms).
- Empathy and emotional intelligence to build trust and create a positive team culture.
- Collaborative and approachable, with a strong ability to foster teamwork and align people with organizational goals.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, job postings, sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
- Design and implement onboarding programs for seamless integration.
Collaborate with team leads on job descriptions and staffing needs. - Develop internal promotion strategies, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, address performance concerns, and run 1-on-1 meetings.
- Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and transparent communication.
Strengthen employer branding through partnerships, social media, and outreach. - Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion while enhancing cross-cultural collaboration.
- Oversee payroll, employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace policies, health, and safety standards. - Use HR analytics to monitor engagement, retention, and performance trends.
- Develop workforce planning strategies and maintain a Talent Matrix for succession planning.
- Promote work-life balance, wellness programs, mental health support, and flexible work arrangements.
- Resolve disputes and advocate for employee needs.
- Drive HR technology adoption to streamline processes.
- Identify workflow barriers and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Implement risk management protocols, maintain compliance for audits, and develop crisis management strategies to ensure business continuity.
