  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams, including telesales teams.
  • Experience in setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to ensure team success.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the telecom or insurance sector.
  • Strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, particularly in health insurance or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
