Warehouse Manager - Odoo (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse/inventory management (retail or fashion industry preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of any ERP software (Odoo, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or others)
• Strong skills with Excel/Google Sheets for manual reporting if needed
• Good physical fitness and willingness to assist with heavy lifting when needed
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and disciplined in record-keeping
• Ability to manage time effectively, especially during peak seasons
• Knowledge of fashion products (shoes, apparel) is a plus!
• Product creation and categorization
• Stock movement entries (receiving, sales, returns)
• Report generation (stock levels, aging inventory, fast-moving products)
• Barcode generation and scanning.

Responsibilities:

• Receive shipments, verify items, and record them into the ERP system.
• Manage stock movements (incoming, outgoing, adjustments) inside ERP and sync with Shopify.
• Tag and organize new products for easy location and access.
• Prepare and dispatch customer orders quickly and accurately, updating ERP accordingly.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock counts via ERP reports.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Generate stock reports, inventory valuations, and reconciliation reports from ERP.
• Coordinate with the online, marketing, and finance teams to sync stock across departments.
