Senior QA Engineer (Onsite, Lahore, USD Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years in QA or technical roles, with at least a year in a leadership position managing remote teams.
• Industry experience in E-commerce, FinTech, or subscription-based environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter/JUnit), release management tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Current hands-on experience with unit testing and quality assurance best practices.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo), CRM, Rest APIs, AWS, Jira, and Confluence.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven ability to enforce and advocate for quality processes across the organization.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
