Manager Daycare (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• 4-5 years of proven experience in managing or setting up day care facilities.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and care practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child safety protocols, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a structured, age-appropriate curriculum and daycare program.
• Oversee the setup, launch, and daily operations of the daycare facility.
• Recruit, train, and supervise day care staff, ensuring a caring and professional team.
• Manage daily schedules, child activities, and well-being tracking.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Foster strong relationships with parents through effective communication and regular updates.
• Maintain detailed records of childrens progress, attendance, incidents, and staff performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments (HR/Admin) to ensure resource alignment.
