UI/UX Designer (Onsite, Lahore, Remittance Salary)

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience designing complex web or mobile products, with a strong Figma portfolio.
• Proven ability to translate abstract requirements into intuitive flows and delightful visuals.
• Fluency in design system thinking, typography, color theory, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with developer handoff tools and agile collaboration (Jira, Git workflows, Zeplin, or equivalents).
• Excellent communication skills and a bias toward rapid experimentation and iteration.
• Prior work on crypto wallets, dApps, or AI-powered products.
• Motion design or microinteraction expertise (Lottie, After Effects).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for realistic prototyping.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, create personas, and map journeys to ground designs in real-world needs.
• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI in Figma that follow and evolve our design system.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, and Smart Contract engineers to ship pixel perfect experiences.
• Champion accessibility, responsive layouts, and performance-oriented design principles.
• Iterate quickly based on usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Document patterns and contribute to the evolution of our cross-platform design language.
