Requirements:

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications like SHRM, CIPD, etc. are a plus).
  • Proven track record in SaaS or IT/Tech companies.
  • Strong understanding of Pakistani labor laws and global HR best practices.
  • Experience working with or reporting to international stakeholders, especially in the US.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and the ability to lead through influence and empathy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with company goals and global standards.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, both locally and globally.
  • Drive HR initiatives that support growth, innovation, and a high-performance culture.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance, and L&D.
  • Develop career paths and succession planning across departments.
  • Foster a strong culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and professional development.
  • Partner closely with US based leadership to ensure HR practices and communication are aligned globally.
  • Lead efforts to localize global HR strategies and ensure legal and cultural compliance.
  • Provide regular updates and HR reports to international stakeholders.
  • Own and optimize the entire recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on employer branding and employee value proposition (EVP).
  • Leverage HR analytics to track hiring metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Implement and refine performance review systems and KPIs.
  • Promote a culture of feedback, inclusion, and recognition.
  • Champion DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) efforts.
  • Design competitive and equitable compensation strategies.
  • Ensure legal and policy compliance as per local labor laws and international HR standards.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS systems and digital tools.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency across all HR functions.
