Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 years in HR roles, ideally in tech startup environments
  • Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related fields
  • Fluent in English and Urdu
  • Initiative, organizational skills, communication, empathy
  • Familiar with HRIS, Google Suite, and ATS tools like Workable

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build recruitment pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experiences aligned with the company's culture.
  • Draft HR policies aligned with Pakistan's labor laws and company standards.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS platforms.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and internal audits where applicable.
  • Plan team-building initiatives and cultural onboarding.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in local hiring.
  • Act as the HR point-of-contact for all Islamabad office matters.
  • Work with VP Ops to build HR operations, facilities support, and basic office HR infrastructure from scratch.
  • Support organizational planning to scale the team across multiple functions.
  • Maintain structured communication with HQ HR functions for alignment.
