Marketing Associate (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
• Knowledge of content coordination and branding across social media and digital channels.
• Strong communication skills, with a proactive and organized mindset.
• Interest in or prior experience with AI and/or Web3 technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
• Coordinate and support digital advertising initiatives including social media ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Manage and update marketing content across digital channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.
• Assist in organizing and executing brand activation activities and promotional events.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare performance reports using analytics tools.
• Support the creation and curation of engaging content that aligns with brand identity.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
• Work closely with creative and design teams to develop marketing assets and collaterals.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital marketing, AI, and Web3 technologies.
