Regional Sales Manager (North) - Chilled Dairy Products (Onsite, Islamabad, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Masters degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or dairy sector.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, with sound decision-making and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
• Achieve assigned regional sales targets and maintain adherence to approved budgets.
• Monitor key sales performance indicators and optimize results through data-driven decisions.
• Ensure timely collections and enforce effective credit control policies.
• Oversee budget utilization and ensure cost-effective operations within the region.
• Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and monitor competitor activities.
• Lead, train, and inspire the regional sales team to achieve high performance.
• Ensure proper handling of stock returns and product replacements in a timely manner.
